Our hair is 100% human (without traces of synthetic fibres or animal hairs). When hair is in its virgin state it is at its strongest. Raw virgin hair can be used over and over and can stay in its healthy state for up to 5 years. Depending on the care it can be worn for a very long time.
Many companies can say they have raw virgin hair, but if the hair starts to tangle, matt and shed after only a few weeks, then it is definitely NOT virgin hair.
We pride in providing our clients with versatile, luxurious and superb quality natural hair directly from donors, free from chemical treatment, traces of animal hair and other synthetic fibres. Our success so far has been from client satisfaction and recommendations.
How long should I expect the hair to last?
Our hair is sourced from well trusted and reliable suppliers. The highest level of due diligence has been conducted to ensure the suppliers’ sourcing methods are ethical and reflect only the highest quality of hair. Our Marjené Signature Hair range will last between 12-18 months or longer if the hair is treated with adequate care and protection. Our Marjené Luxe range is our highest quality of hair and one of the best on the market, therefore can last 3-4 years with adequate care and protection.

Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final! Exceptions may be made only in extenuating circumstances. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and we recommend that all returned shipments are sent recorded delivery as we will not be held liable for any lost returns.
Any item not in its original condition or is damaged will not be granted a refund.
